Sound familiar?

You’re not behind.
You’re carrying too much.

Business: growing · Hours: unchanged

Somewhere between customers, payroll, hiring, sales calls, and putting out fires, the work expanded into every open hour. So it takes them from somewhere else: your evenings, your Sabbath, your family.

Sunday, 9:12 PM

The proposal crunch

The client call went well, but the proposal is still a pile of notes, pricing, and half-finished paragraphs.

Tuesday, 10:00 PM

The follow-up loop

One update, five versions—email, text, website, social, team—and every date and price has to stay straight.

After the team meeting

The paper trail

Decisions made, follow-up scattered across a notebook, a text thread, and your memory.

This is not a lack-of-calling problem. It’s a capacity problem—and the right system can carry part of it.

Here’s what nobody told you

The chat box is the front door.
It is not the house.

If you have typed a question into ChatGPT and copied the answer, you have seen the beginning. A useful business AI system remembers the context you keep retyping: your company’s voice, values, customers, offers, and the way you run things.

What you’ll build

Five workflows. One system that runs them.

A good prompt saves time once. A working assistant already understands the context you keep retyping, so proposals, customer updates, hard emails, and minutes stop beginning from zero.

Nashville · October 22–23

A build day.
Not a conference.

You will not sit in the dark taking notes on someone’s slideshow. Thursday, you hear from leaders already using AI well. Friday, you build your own—live, with help in the room.

Day 1 · Thursday, October 22 · 2:00–5:00 PM

Leadership Summit

Opening · 2:00–3:20

Hear it from the leaders.

Steve Miller opens with why leaders need to use AI. Coach Todd Harris follows with the practical tools that make AI more effective.

After the break · 3:33–5:00

Trust and relationships.

Ed Garza on why it matters where your AI is coming from, then Brittney Hall on using AI and maintaining relationships in an AI world.

Day 2 · Friday, October 23 · 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

The Build Day

Morning · 8:30–12:20

Watch it work.

Steve Miller opens with a simple daily AI routine for leaders. Then Dustin Hillis, Bill W. Hopkins Jr., Dr. Robin Netherton, Brittney Hall, and Ed Garza open the playbooks they are using right now: keeping people safe, where AI is taking organizations next, and the prompts leaders are actually using.

Midday · 12:20–2:30

Lunch, then the human side.

Lunch is included. Then Shaina Short on the human advantage and how to get unstuck, followed by Ken ‘Dr. Smiley’ Rochon, Jr., PHD.

Build · 2:33–5:00

Laptops out. Build yours.

Coach Todd Harris builds an AI business assistant live on screen. Then the room flips: you build your own, step by step, around the work your business actually runs on.

I do→We do→You do

Before you ask

Questions business owners actually ask.

I’m not technical. Will I be able to keep up?+

Yes. The day starts from zero and follows a simple rhythm: I do, we do, you do. You watch the full build first, then build yours step by step with help in the room.

Will AI replace my judgment—or my people?+

No. What you build assists with drafts, structure, and administrative work. Prayer, decisions, relationships, and the integrity of how you do business stay with you—and you verify every number, claim, and commitment before anything goes out.

What about customer data and confidential information?+

Nothing you build requires customer financial records, employee files, passwords, medical information, or confidential client data. The workflows are designed to work with initials, roles, or generalized context.

Does one ticket cover both days?+

Yes. One ticket covers Thursday’s Leadership Summit (2:00–5:00 PM) and Friday’s Build Day (8:30 AM–5:00 PM).

What do I need to bring?+

Bring a laptop and charger. Simple setup instructions will arrive before October 22 so you can walk in ready to build.

What if I do not leave with it built?+

If your AI business assistant is not built and running by the end of the day, your ticket is refunded. The afternoon is structured around staying with each step until the room has it.

Can our company bring a team?+

Yes. Group rates are available for businesses bringing owners, managers, or key staff together. Lunch and a Certificate of Completion are included for every attendee.

One decision left

It’s 5:00 PM on October 23.
What’s on your laptop?

Option one is the same open tabs and the same Sunday-night catch-up waiting at home. Option two is an assistant that knows your company’s voice, turns your thinking into a first-draft proposal, writes every customer update in one pass, and keeps the paper trail moving—built by you and running.
